The cotton blend is gentle enough that I forgot it was even on after a few minutes, and it stayed put all night without that weird tugging feeling. Waking up with a clear nose instead of a dry mouth has made a bigger difference in my mornings than I expected.
I was skeptical about sleeping with tape on my mouth, but the medical-grade adhesive held up all night without any irritation when I peeled it off in the morning. The 95% cotton fabric feels soft against my lips, and I actually woke up less congested after the first use.
The cotton-spandex blend is breathable enough that I forget it's on by the time I'm drifting off, and the adhesive holds all night without irritation. Waking up without a dry throat has been the biggest win for me.
